Warm and Fruity Breakfast Oats

Lately I have been obsessed with warm oats and I’ve been having them for breakfast everyday I think for the last 2 months. You can use any fruit in season as toppings, it’s so delicious and healthy packed with fiber and vitamins.


  • Whole grain rolled oats
  • Frozen blueberries
  • Flax seeds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Goji berries
  • Coconut oil
  • Dried coconut shavings
  • 1 large banana
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 peach
  • Rice milk


  1. Warm 3.5 cups of rice milk, add 2 cups of oats, half a cup of blueberries, half a teaspoon of coconut oil and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
  2.  Fill the bowls with the warm oats, cut the fruits into bite size pieces and add on top of the oats.
  3. Finally sprinkle a teaspoon each of flax seeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, goji berries and coconut shavings.
